In this mentoring programme, talented prospective female leaders from technical positions are selected as adepts, and experienced DNV leaders function as their mentors.

The objectives of the International Female Mentoring programme are:

  • To increase the number of female managers likely to take a senior manager position

  • To enable female managers to pursue their leadership ambitions through support, building a network and tools

  • To increase awareness among senior managers of the female leadership potential in DNV

  • To build networks across countries, business areas and genders
