Nueva versión de la norma BRC-Global Standard for Food Safety v.6
El British Retail Consortium (BRC) ha publicado en Julio de 2011 la nueva versión de la norma BRC-Global Standard for Food Safety v.6, que será de aplicación obligatoria a partir del 1 de Enero de 2012.
