This course focuses on understanding the requirements of FSSC 22000 5.1. We help you to learn & understand how to use the requirements specified in the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) standard to continually improve organization’s food safety performance.

Objective of the course: 


By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the new structure of FSSC 22000 version 5;
  • Identify the key changes in the version 5 of the scheme as compared to the ISO 22000:2018 standard;
  • Update your ISO 22000 knowledge to meet the FSSC 22000 version 5 requirements.


Target Group:

  • Anyone who is engaged in designing, managing and or implementing a food safety management system. 
  • Food Safety officers, Food Safety Team Leaders, Consultants, Food Safety Implementation Teams, Quality Managers and Business Executives with a desire to learn about the Food Safety Management System.
